  When I returned to collect the safe it had been drilled and scoped, the internal door barrel was drilled and replaced with a low quality set. This meant the purchaser for the safe pulled out of the deal and cost me $1500. No apology, stormed off, blamed me, later that day when I ran back he hung up the phone on me, told me to get f***** and do what I want to do. He denied knowing, though he was told explicitly. When asked why it wasn't at least plugged and welded and made tidy again he said that I hadn't paid for that and they had spent enough time trying to open it which was why they didn't bother cleaning out the metal filings either.

  There range of services is amazing, the staff are friendly and very skilled. They had my service done quickly for my expectations, and the service was excellent with a very competitive price (the lowest I found).

  I checked with CMI and Chubb to confirm the appropriate practice if this is was nomal. They the holes drillef were not replugged and welded and the safe full of metal waste from the drilling. I will put in a formal complaint with the MLAA and intend on persuing in the small claims court.

  I took a quality safe (chubb bankers safe) to them to have the dial (Sgt and Greenleaf) manually cracked, explicitly without the safe being drilled. They confirmed they could do it, gave me a fixed price and a no open no fee deal as is normal for this type of service.

  They should never have drilled it and returned unopened if unable deliver. They lied and bullied to try and make me go away. Don't waste your time with this mob with any quality gear. See Top Lock (Michael) if you want a safe opened without damage, I only tried tnis mob because they quoted slightly lower.

  We use this company frequently to service and change locks in our town house complex. Service is always prompt and prices are reasonable. This is important to me as a Resident Unit Manager.
